Foreningen O invites you to the pilot cohort

The authorities ask every household to last a full week on its own. We train you in one weekend.

Beredskaps BootCamp is a hands-on preparedness weekend on a farm just outside Oslo. Water, food, heat, power, first aid, communications and a calm nervous system. You go home with a finished plan for your household, a prioritized gear list and people you can call.

Autumn 2026 Friday 17:00 to Sunday 13:00 20 places Pilot price NOK 7,500

You have felt it. The headlines, the power grid, the weather, the world. The EU now asks every household in Europe to keep at least 72 hours of supplies at home. Norway goes further: the authorities here ask every household to manage a full week without power, water or mobile coverage. Most people know. Few have acted. Not because we do not care, but because it is unclear where to begin. One weekend on a real farm turns that unease into quiet competence.

The official advice: DSB, Norway's civil protection authority, and the EU Preparedness Union Strategy.

Everyone has the advice. This weekend is where you train it.

What you take home

The plan is trained

Your household's preparedness plan, filled out and rehearsed before you drive home. Not a form in a drawer.

The list is prioritized

A gear list sorted by what buys the most safety per krone. No expensive gadgets you do not need.

Your hands have done it

Purify water, build a safe fire, cook without power, stop a bleed, reach people when the mobile network is down. All of it done once with your own hands.

Your head is in it

Mental preparedness: breath and nervous system as tools. The first thing that fails in a crisis is the head, and it is trainable.

People you can call

A cohort that meets again: 19 others you know by name, and a farm to come back to.

The program

Friday

Arrival and landing

Arrival from 17:00. Rooms and dinner. The frame for the weekend. Mental preparedness, part 1: what stress does to head and body.

Saturday

Hands at work

Water and food. Heat and power without the grid. First aid when help is far away. The evening ends by the fire, with good food and the people around you.

Sunday

The plan in place

Communications and information when the mobile network is down. Mental preparedness, part 2: calm enough to use the plan. We fill out and rehearse each household's plan together. Lunch and safe travels at 13:00.

The program outline is refined ahead of the cohort start.

For people with someone to look after

Families, couples, neighbors, colleagues. For people who would rather build calm than collect fear. No prior knowledge, no equipment, no fitness requirements.

This is not the place for bunker romanticism. We build competence and community, not fear.

The pilot cohort is for adults. A family camp comes later.
